Through planning and collaboration, we delivered a future-ready platform with a redesigned booking journey and mobile-first experience.
Our first generation Searoad Ferries website was launched in 2019 and delivered immediate business impact, but after six years the design was showing its age. Leveraging data and customer insights, we re-architected the IA, re-imagined the UX and created a completely new ticket purchasing process.
The second generation website balances elegant content layouts with deep, bespoke integration into the third-party booking platform. Optimised for all devices, it shines on mobile devices serving this huge 70% segment. Early results show a significant uplift in online bookings and engagement, validating our mobile-first digital experience approach.
